I am also a level 5 and I have a friend that is level 3 and i am always killing him and it takes him a while to kill me but yes you do get stronger and you get better aim accuracy. If you do that you get E-2 coming in (make sure your recruiter gets it in paperwork before you sign) and if you successfully pass a full PT test before you get in plus all that then you get E-3.
