However, you can get following courses in following IIT's as per AIR given below - MTech ( Dual ) in Biotechnology at IIT Madras - AIR upto 2400 MTech ( Dual ) in Bio Chemical & Biotechnology at IIT Delhi - AIR upto 2400 BTech in Biotechnology at IIT Madras - AIR upto 2200 BTech in Biotechnology at IIT Guwahati - AIR upto 3100 BTech in Biotechnology at IIT Roorkee - AIR upto 2900 I think, BTech ( Biotechnology ) is not available in IIT Delhi. However, you can get following courses in following IIT’s as per AIR given below -
