   Download a SEO report program I think that’s what its called just look it up on google it has a lot of features that can help you with your meta tags, links exchange, etc.
   do researches on popular websites that are similar to yours and request links exchange. Make sure the title of your website on their links page is a popular keyword. For example, instead of having them put “JT Images”, tell them to put “Best web design company” instead.
   edit your the title, keywords, and descriptions of each page on your web site so more popular keywords. The descriptions, for example, should have all the keywords in them.

   Follow these 10 Steps:

   1) Research the following:

   – Keyword Density
   – Keyword Proximity
   – Keyword Prominence
   – Keyword Frequency

   2) Download WebCEO and find keywords with high demand(daily world searches) and low competition.

   3) In all your webpages, tweak the the percentage values of keyword density, proximity, prominence, and frequency in the following HTML Elements

   – Body
   – Title Tag
   – META Keywords
   – META Description
   – Heading Tags
   – Image ALT Atributes
   – Link Title Attibutes
   – Link Text

   4) Run the WebCEO optimization analysis and keep tweaking these elements until the analysis says your webpage is fully optimized.

   5) Convert all source code to SEO friendly source code (tableless design, all formatting in and external CSS, All JavaScript in an external .js)

   6) Use the least amount of images and Flash as possible

   7) Optimize the size of your images with a product such as Adobe ImageReady
   Build lots of high quality links to your webpages (Make sure the content is relevant!)

   9) Submit to main directories such as DMOZ, Yahoo Directory, and Business.com. Submit press releases and articles to sites such as enzineartices.com

   10) Submit your URL to Google, Yahoo, and MSN, they feed into most of the other main search engines.

   you should ping your site continuously from different IP’s, tens of thousand times a day.This job can be done by contractors in India,China etc.

   there are no best way applicable for all cases. You need to do it by urself rather 100% percent believe at SEO program. Becareful, sometim SEO can be considered as keyword spamming
