What is the basic formula for ranking method?

I have this research and i want to rank them. My research is about the Commonly used Electronic Funds Transfer as perceived by Students in our Campus. There 6 EFT’s that are available in our campus (ex. ATM, Smart Money, Western Union..etc.) They will just check those enumerated EFT that they are using. I just want to know the basic formula for ranking.

    Based upon your question, I would say that the easiest way to do the ranking would be to tabulate the number of responses saying they use each of the methods, and then do the ranking on that. Literally just a numeric ranking of which method is used most frequently.
