What happened to my avatar, my points and ranking?

I haven’t been to yahoo answers for a couple weeks, and when I returned today, my avatar, points and the level of answers is gone. How do I get them back?

    1) Are you sure it’s not a glitch of some ilk?
    2) Did you get deleted?
    3) Have you contacted the staff (y_answrs_team@yahoo.com)

    After 4 months of inactivity Yahoo closes accounts automatically, could that be your problem? If so, sorry, no way to get it all back.
