Im looking at colleges and want to go to a really good school. There seem to be a lot of ranking sites but what are the good ones.

    Definitely US News and Princeton Review.

    myroad.com is excellent
    It is what I used
    It ranks, compares, searches and everything.
    You even keep all your info, like test scores (ie SAT ACT) in there and rules out colleges that you didnt place well enough for and those that you way over shot if you want it to.

    Princeton Review, Spark notes, and news week

    I’d say the news week is the best because it shows all the different ranking for schools. It also give statistics on the schools. i.e. sat scores, acceptance rate, average retention rate, rankings, etc.

    So yeah, go with news week

    I think the list “100 Best Values in Public Colleges” at is a great tool in regards to ranking colleges.
