Is there a list or ranking system for psych departments in universities or colleges?

I am going into my senior year in high school, and think I want to be a psychologist. However, I wanted to go to a school in NY, while my dad wants me to go to UVA. I’ve heard that the psych department and major is a bit of a joke at UVA… does anybody know an official ranking list compiled by some big think that ranks psych departments? That would really help my argument, thanks!

    USNEWS rankings are fairly influential in many graduate programs. You can google for the most up to date listing, but as an example:
