How would you rank the teams in the east after the Trade?

I think the Piston’s droped a place or 2. Personally, I don’t think the west changed too much after this but rank ‘em if you want.

    dave(dude aove me)- they want to win a championship not get to the conference finals every year……and i still say the celtics are number 1 but the pistons creeped into the talk a little bit more after the trade

    I agree that the trade doesn’t do much to change the Nuggets position in the western conference. There still no better then a seven or eight seed in the west.

    Likewise, in the east, I don’t think this trade changes much either. The Pistons are still the second or third best team in the conference (behind Boston, and neck and neck with Cleveland).
