I am not sure what you mean by yield management. My understanding is that it means that you are wanting to spend more at a certain time of the year. The only thing that I know of Yahoo! doing is allowing you to set certain campaigns at certain times of the year. Will you please elaborate on your question and I will follow with a more elaborate answer.
