Does your ranking in Halo 3 effect your performance?

I see people getting these skulls and when im playing Slayer mode they are running faster than normal. Im a recruit ranking now. Does ur rank effect what you do in the game?

    nah the skull you see is a game type called oddball and you have to pick it up to gain time on the ball to win the match. if you want anything on live add me

    im a lieutenant grade 2 and not hat doesnt. although when your playing juggernaut you are faster(at least i think so.

    I think it only affect your performance if you are playing Ranked Matches
