I know that certain countries are considered better in terms of education, Germany and Costa Rica being among them, where do I go to see a list of this ranking?

I am studying MBA at university of Phoenix, Vancouver Campus, and I want to know what the international ranking for UOP.

What is the ranking of University of Hawaii at Manoa Mechanical Engineering Graduate studies? If possible can anyone tell me their ranking in Robotics research studies.
