I want to see where popular opinion is. Rank the following 10 players. Take players’ entire careers into consideration.
Shareef Abdur-Rahim
Bob Cousy
Julius Erving
Manu Ginobili
John Havlicek
Jason Kidd
Dikembe Mutombo
Gary Payton
Wes Unseld
Jerry West
I won’t entertain any guesses as to how these ten players were selected. I just want to see where everyone puts them. I’m thinking of revealing my list ten at a time in threads. They’ll get more viewership in threads.

1. West
2. Cousy
3. Havliceck
4. Dr. J
5. Unseld
6. Payton
7. Kidd
8. Mutombo

I’m not gonna list all of them, but I’ll tell you that Abdur-Rahim is last. Decent player with inflated stats on bad teams.

MUNTOMBO IS A GREAT HUMAN!!! HE DESERVES A SPECIAL AWARD!
dr j is #1 bob cousy2, west 3, havlicek 4, wes unseld 5, gary payton 6, jason kid 7, shareef 8, manu 9, and mutombo 10.
these are many reasons DJ has to be the man on this list, most just for his game but making basketball more watchable for everyone he brought the game to the next level. bob and west are right there they both are really underrated and forgot in players of the past. hav and unseld dominated there positions of the time like no other. gary gets over shadowed buy kid most times and i really dont see why he was just as great a passer but unlike kids 30% shooting gary could make shots. shareef could have been higher on this list and the all time list i really think if injurys did not keep him from performing. manu he bring such energy to the game but is lacking on his over all consistency. and the big man while one of the best blockers of all time on this list he comes in last he may rank higher if this was a list of just centers.
