   Google rankings never stay the same. They will always go up and down because the way Google ranks a site is a company secret that nobody knows for sure. Your rank might go up in a few days so keep watching it. You are also in a very competitive category and there are many ways to help boost your ranking but you didn’t say what you have been doing to promote your website so far, so I’m not sure what to suggest until I know more info.

   Yes, rankings will always fluctuate. If you’re serious to find out what’s wrong with your site then hire a professional SEO and pay them – whatever free info. you get here is worth not much than the cost (ahem!).

   The other thing you should concentrate on is creating in-demand content (doing keyword research using software like wordtracker.com) and building links to your site. If you keep doing that – forever! – then your rankings will return, maybe not for your main keywords but for lots of smaller keywords (it’s called longtail marketing).

   You have a lovely website but with less amount of backlinks. You should make more backlinks (relevant) to regain your rankings in search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN.
