As a 46R-Broadcast Specialist-at what rank does a soldier begin delegating duties to lower enlisted?

I am really interested in working on camera and in the production department, but I didn’t know if being a higher enlisted rank or becoming an officer would rob me of the opportunity. Also, do officers do any on camera/production work–or do they strictly deal with paperwork in this MOS?

    First off 46R is an enlisted MOS. Secondly you will undoubtedly start out at the bottom fetching and carrying and then as you progress in rank and experience you will actually get to hlld the camera or talk on the tape. If it is your desire to boss people around then by all means go to college get a degree and become an officer after enlisting. Remember my friend everything in life starts from the bottom unless of course you are born with a golden spoon and are therefore ‘entitled’. Good luck to you.
